Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in 換片啦 Diaper Time, an app by Kongla Group Company Limited, and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete it in the app

1. Open 換片啦 Diaper Time.
2. Go to Settings → Account (you must be signed in).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no undo, and you are signed out straight away.

No app access? Ask us

If you can't reach the app, email support@kongla.hk from the address linked to your sign-in (Apple, Google, or Facebook) and ask us to delete your account. We action these within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in identity — the account itself, so you can no longer log in.
• Your saved favourites that were synced to the account.
• Any operator role, if you were a moderator.

What is kept, and why

Contributions you made for the public map — facility reports, ratings, and photos — are kept, but are unlinked from you. In this app a contribution is attributed to your device, never to your account, so removing your account does not remove the contribution; it only severs the last link back to your identity. This keeps the community map and its moderation history intact for other parents. The retained records hold no sign-in identifier after deletion and are not personally identifying.

If you also want a specific contribution taken down, tell us at support@kongla.hk and we'll remove it.

Browsing as a guest

Guests have no account on our servers — a guest name is stored only on your device. There is nothing for us to delete; clearing the app's data or uninstalling removes it.
