Terms of Use

The Survival Phrasebook is free and always will be. A subscription unlocks every lesson, practice set and recipe.

It renews by itself

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Your Apple or Google account is charged at the start of each period, at the price shown before you buy.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in your Apple or Google account settings, at least 24 hours before the next renewal. We cannot cancel for you — the store holds the subscription, not us. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules. Ask them, not us — we never receive your payment details and cannot refund a charge we did not take.

Two devices

A subscription works on two devices at a time. Signing in on a third moves access to it rather than adding a slot.

Codes and gifts

Promotion codes and free access we grant are gifts, not purchases. They have no cash value and we can end them if a code is shared or misused.

Changes

If these terms change we will say so in the app before the change applies to you. Your privacy is covered separately by the Privacy Policy.
