Helping us help you
If something's broken, these details usually save a round trip:
- Which app, and the version number if you can find it
- Your device and operating system version (for example, iPhone 14, iOS 18.2)
- What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected to happen
- A screenshot, if it's something you can see
Reporting a listing problem
Our apps describe real places and real events, and the world changes faster than our data does. If you find a facility that has closed, an event with the wrong details, or a listing in the wrong district, please tell us which app and which listing — corrections like these are the fastest improvements we can make.
Your account and your data
To request a copy of your personal data, correct it, or delete your account and everything attached to it, email support@kongla.hk from the address you signed up with. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail of what we hold and why.
Reporting content
Some of our apps accept photos and ratings from the community. If you see something inaccurate, offensive, or that shouldn't be public, report it to support@kongla.hk and we'll review it.
