This website

We serve kongla.hk as plain static pages with no cookies, no analytics scripts, and no third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not know who you are when you visit.

Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, page requested, and time — which are used only to keep the site online and secure. These are not cookies and are not used to track you.

If that changes

If we ever add analytics or any other cookie-setting technology, we will update this page first and, where the law requires consent, ask for yours before anything is set. Our intention is to stay cookieless on this site.

Our apps

Our mobile and web apps are separate from this website and do use some device-side storage:

• Essential storage. Sign-in tokens and your saved preferences are stored on your device so you stay signed in and the app remembers your settings. 港啦 Kongla stores lesson content on your device so it works offline. The apps do not function properly without this.
• Advertising identifiers. 做乜好 Outabout shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier. On iOS we ask permission first through App Tracking Transparency. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings at any time.

Controlling cookies

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, and every major mobile OS lets you reset or limit ad tracking. Since this site sets no cookies, blocking them will not affect how it works.
